| You will need:
200g plain flour 250g golden caster sugar 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 large egg 125ml buttermilk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 125g unsalted butter 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 175ml Coca-Cola 225g icing sugar 2 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons of Coca-Cola 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Put the flour, sugar, bicarbonate of soda and salt in a big mixing bowl.
Put the egg, buttermilk and vanilla in a jug and beat.
Put the coca cola, cocoa and butter in a pan and melt the butter.
Pour the two liquids into the dry ingredients.
Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until the mixture goes gloopy.
Pour the mixture into the bun cases
Bake the buns in the oven at 180C for 20 minutes.
Let the buns cool down.
Ice the buns.
Add some sprinkles if you like.
